Dr Eimear Heaslip (NUI Galway post-doctoral researcher for the ENERGISE project) and Dr Frances Fahy (Lead Coordinator, of the ENERGISE Project) published a policy brief as part of the Whitaker Institute Policy Brief Series in November 2018. This policy brief was titled “Developing Transdisciplinary Approaches to Community Energy Transitions” and reported and described the innovative transdisciplinary methodological framework that was developed to enable collaborative and co-creative energy planning with the community in Inis Oírr island.
